Your data will be held on Mailchimp’s database for as long as we continue to use our Mailchimp’s services unless you
- Unsubscribe using one of the unsubscribe links contained in the footer of any email we send you
- Request removal to the list by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Capall Dorcha will use this data to send periodic updates on our company news and events.
1.3 Class & Event Booking
If you register for a paid event, you will provide financial information to Eventbrite. Triple Act will not have access to this information and will only have access to the information input on the booking form.

As mentioned, we use a number of third parties to process personal data on our behalf. These third parties have been carefully chosen to ensure compliance with UK and EU data protection and privacy legislation. All of these third parties are based in either in the UK or USA and are EU-U.S Privacy Shield compliant.
3.0 What happens if there is a Data Breach
We will endeavor to report any unlawful data breach of this website’s database or the database(s) of any of our third-party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
4.0 The Right of Access
At any point an individual can make a request relating to their data and Triple Act will provide a response within 1 month. A request can be made in writing to the company’s registered office: The Michael Lynch Centre, 71 Princess Street, Ardrossan, KA22 8DG. You have the right to request the deletion of your data where there is no compelling reason for its continued use. Triple Act can refuse the right to delete information if we have lawful obligation to retain data and will inform the individual of the reasons for rejection.
